The Box C Ranch House is available for conventions and family reunions without
meals or ranch activities.

Expanded sleeping capacity of seven extra beds is available in our bunk house for $50.00 per
night.

Half of the fee is needed to secure reservations. The remainder of fee
will be paid upon arrival at the ranch. Your deposit, less $50.00, is refundable if notice is
given at least 30 days in advance of reservation.

Although filling out and submitting the form below doesn't reserve your stay, it does begin
the process, and gives us valuable information so that we can begin to organize your stay. We
will use this information to coordinate with the ranch calendar, and try our best to schedule
your group on the dates and times you provide. In all cases, we will contact you as soon as
possible to arrange details and secure deposits.
